Tests carried out in a shrimp farm in Taura, Guayas province, Ecuador, during a 49-day cycle demonstrated the effectiveness of Ecofresh Power-Pro in improving shrimp farming conditions. The tablets were administered at a dose of 250 g per hectare during the first two weeks, decreasing the dose to 150 g per hectare per week from the third week until the end of the cycle. These doses were administered, applying half on Monday and the other half on Thursday. The following results were achieved in this test:

  • Survival: 85.71% in the pool with Ecofresh Power Pro , while the control pool obtained 76.03%

  • FCA: 1.26, reflecting efficient use of feed.

  • Reduction of Ammonium and Nitrites: Maintained at optimal levels (NH4: 0.4-0.2 mg/L, Nitrites: <0.01 mg/L).

Another test carried out in a shrimp farm in Taura, Guayas province, Ecuador, during a 71-day cycle also demonstrated improvements in the pools tested with Ecofresh Power-Pro . In this test, 250 g per hectare were used from the beginning to the end of the cycle, resulting in the following improvements:

  • Survival: 61.33% in the pool with Ecofresh Power Pro .

  • FCA: 1.19, showing support in production results.

  • Reduction of Ammonium and Nitrites: Maintained at optimal levels (NH4: 0.5-0.3 mg/L, Nitrites: <0.01 mg/L).
